How & When

How it works and what to expect

Standard portraits start with the bust of one pet, no background, on 11 X 14 size archival paper, unframed.

For anything smaller, larger, including more of your pet’s body, more than one pet, the addition of a background, or any other features, please contact me with all of your specifications and I will send you a quote for your unique portrait.

What to send me
Please email high-quality, in-focus, and well-lit digital images of your pet that you would like to have drawn. I work directly from photos, so please make sure that you send me the clearest photo possible.

If you need help finding the right photo, I will be more than happy to help! Send along a bunch and we can choose together.

How long to expect?
Portraits generally take a week to complete, however, please note that production times vary and depend on the size, number of pets, and intricacy of each portrait. I will provide you with a time frame and keep you apprised if any additional time is needed.

What about the frame?
If you would like your portrait to come fully framed upon arrival, I can help you with that! I work with Framebridge to provide high-quality and conveint framing, shipped right to your door. The full package!

If you choose this option, an additional handling fee will be added to the portrait and framing costs. Please also allow for an additional 1 to 2 weeks for the framing process.

Tell me more about how this works!

Revisions?
I will send you a photo of the finished product before delivery to make sure that you are happy with the work. If any revisions are desired, an additional charge will be added. Only one revision is permitted per portrait.
